The Chrysalis—by Dreamsmith®

Feeling somewhere in between who you were and who you’re becoming? You’re in the right place.

This is where I write about identity, reinvention, purpose, and the hidden gifts inside times of major change—especially now, when so many of the old systems we used to rely on are falling away, and everything is being redefined.

I’m Kelly Wagner, founder of Dreamsmith®. I work at the intersection of identity and purpose in the age of AI and beyond—guiding people through personal reinvention, and exploring the growing convergence of ancient wisdom traditions and modern science: how the threads that have run through every tradition are now being explored, and increasingly explained, at the frontiers of scientific research.

I’ve navigated my own share of in-between seasons—career changes, personal upheaval, and more than a few hard lessons that demanded everything I had before I could see what they gave me back. What I found on the other side is what I write about here in The Chrysalis, and what I teach at Dreamsmith®.

If you’re navigating a major transition, or simply sensing a growing pull toward a life that feels more true—something bigger than just a career change or a life adjustment—this is a place to ponder and explore what that might be.

A quick map of my current work:

  • The Chrysalis (the free publication you’re reading right now): weekly posts on identity, reinvention, and meaning, from a personal-reinvention lens.

  • The Chrysalis Community: a members-only, peer-to-peer gathering space where seekers meet monthly online to explore the reflection prompts I share here—a coffee-house circle for the gently-becoming. Upgrade to join us.

  • The Dream Life Guidebook program: my flagship personal-reinvention program—a guided journey through the framework I’ve developed over decades of navigating change myself and alongside others.

  • Two additional projects in development: exploring the deeper convergence of ancient wisdom traditions and modern science. More to share as they take shape.

This first post is where the conversation began, but feel free to start wherever, and stay as long as you like.

Let’s gently become together.

~Kelly
